Everything works fine for me after the update. This is one of the best sketching apps out there and probably the best for iPhone. There is no shading and tonality out there like what exists in this app. I look forward to trying out the colored papers. The tools could be seen as non-intuitive but once you understand it its impressive how such sensitive controls were packed into this app in a non-intrusive way.

This is the most amazing sketching app. Ive been using it for a long time now and I just love it. I keep hoping for another update.

Needs bug fixes for saving to gallery (Im useing an iPad air). A better layout for quickness would be helpfull all the swiping buttons is way too slipery.

Luv it but just needs to work on the crashings but I will still rate 5 stars

Perhaps I do not understand how to use this, but on an I Pad3rd gen, or mine at least. this is just too crashy, doesnt connect to my stylus, and works pretty strangely.

What a hoot this app can be. I love to doodle and this app is awesome.

I love using this app to sketch out my ideas then save them to photos next use it in other drawing apps that have color and fx. I love the flow, ease and simplicity of this app. now its been updated with it feels like its more precise and even more intuitive. Dont even bother looking for other sketching apps. Unlike most drawing apps this will get your drawings looking professional and an amateur can actually draw the impressive examples you always see.

I just take a picture of my drawing and start a new gallery 10 star to the developer

This is fantastic! One of the best sketch apps I have found. But it closes any time I try to use the color wheel. Also the interface needs to be tweaked or have some instructions. I will change my review if these problems are fixed. (Almost) a great app!

Love this app but with recent update.....I can not choice another color from the color bar without the app closing and jumping to the home screen. Please fix....love this app and this problem is frustrating me!

I have use this app for a couple of years. I have enjoyed both the new and the older versions. Unfortunately the new version is now very unstable in IOS 8.02 on the iPad. Every time I start a new drawing the page fails after one or two strokes and I have to start all over. I am used to it now so I know what to do but it is frustrating. Please fix.

Love the app, but after updating to IOS9 it crashes immediately upon starting to draw (new or existing image). Ill change my rating when its fixed.

I cant get the zoom to work.

Just downloaded, paid 2.99, and nothing even works. I guess the "simplicity" they brag about, is the fact that this app simply doesnt do anything.

So I like the way it handles the flow and blending - but I keep losing drawings when I zoom in and out - many hours of work have been randomly lost on three different drawings. Very maddening. I would have liked to have kept using this- now I feel like flushing my iPad down the toilet. Thanks for a tease and thorough waste of time.

A GREAT drawing experience, no matter what your level. I think the dev should use better drawings as examples. The current ones are OK, but they sell the app way short. The range of textures, tones, and line is infinite. Its predictable after some experience with it or wildly unpredictable if thats what you want. And hey, all you one-star wonders out there, how bout you read the g/d instructions before deciding to wield your powerful star of death? Also, contact the dev if your reading comprehension is so low that you cant understand simple words and phrases, and he will guide you. Hes very helpful and responsive.

Well i saw the negative reviews and I thought i would try it and go for a gamble and Im glad i did. I think people get ahead of themselves instead of taking a moment and actually reading the instructions. Upon opening the app and trying it out i also was unable to zoom...at least i thought i couldnt. BUT THEN something amazing happened. I read the instructions. In order to zoom all you have to do is tap the screen with two fingers. When the menu appears you can use those same two fingers to zoom in and out. Normally the two finger pinch gesture is preset to change the brush size i believe this is the confusion. Thought i would help and try to clear that up for some people before they give up on a, from my humble 5 minute opinion, decent app.
